Handy services

Over the 25 years I’ve been doing art installations, I’ve ended up doing a lot of handyman work as well. This is likely because clients felt they could trust me to do the job without breaking something.

I’ve worked on almost anything that can go on walls:

— Televisions and monitors

— Curtains, shades, and blinds

— Shelving

— Assembling furniture (Ikea, etc.)

— Mirrors

— Tie, belt, and shoe racks

— Towel bars, soap dispensers, TP holders

— Tapestries and rugs

— Sports collectibles and paraphernalia

— Signs, banners, and flags

During the pandemic, a number clients called me for home fixes and improvements.

— Ring doorbells

— Kitchen overlay hinges

— Broken doorknobs and doors

— Security cameras

— Replacement thermostats

As professional handymen retire, very few good ones are left. These service are probably about 20% of my work now.
